Why swissmedlaw™

swissmedlaw™ is an alternative legal service provider, i.e. a platform for the use of specialists in the field of medical and healthcare law. Thanks to largely digitized processes, we can submit individually tailored solutions in close cooperation with our clients. swissmedlaw™ follows a solution-oriented and transparent approach and you as a client benefit from 30-40% cost savings compared to traditional law firms.

What is included in a quote from swissmedlaw™?

A protected market and the professional monopoly have the effect that traditional law firms often find it difficult to submit a quote. This is also understandable, as it is often difficult, if not impossible, to clearly plan future expenses – especially in cases of conflict. However, since budgeting also plays a major role in the use of legal services, swissmedlaw™ is committed to the greatest possible transparency. As a rule, our quotes include the following elements:

  • Service content
    • Brief description of the client’s request
    • Activity description
      • Individual services (enumeration)
      • Definition of the project stages (so-called milestones)
  • Dates
    • Deadlines for achieving certain individual contract goals
  • Fulfillment modalities
    • Type of work-product delivery

Include your budget in your quote application if you think it is appropriate for your legal matter. In addition, it helps if you describe your legal concern in detail. The more precisely we record your case, the better we can estimate our efforts and define a cost framework for our activities.

Will my data be treated confidentially by swissmedlaw™?

Your information and data will be treated as strictly confidential by swissmedlaw™. All information about your case will be made available only to persons within the swissmedlaw™ network, all of whom are bound by professional confidentiality agreements; i.e., no information will be made available to, shared with, or published by third parties.

Data protection and data security

Data protection and data security are both priority legal interests to which swissmedlaw™ devotes the greatest attention. For details, please consult our Privacy & Data Security Policy (link).
